7. Product Shipping

Deliveries in Greece are made by the ...... courier company and are free for orders above 49 €. For order up to 40 € the delivery charges are 4 € and, if you select COD the cost is 4.8 €. If we cannot execute your order due to force majeure (bad weather, strikes etc.), we shall contact you to tell us if you wish to complete.

8. Withdrawal and Returns

You have the right to return products purchased within fourteen (14) days from the date you received them. In this case, the cost of the returning goods is in your charge.

Returns are accepted only if the products you wish to return are in the same condition as received, unsealed, not violated packaging, along with the documents, the receipt and the packaging that accompanied the product. The seasonal items (Christmas Lucky Charms, Easter Eggs, Easter Candles) can be substituted only with products from the same category. In case of refund, the refund will be completed within 14 days from the date we receive the products.

All prices shown in our catalogs include the 24% VAT. These values relate to amounts that are available in our warehouse, while GREGIOeshop.gr reserves the right to adjust prices. For some parts of Greece which apply reduced VAT rates and if your order is made by invoice then the product price is lower than indicated by the reduced VAT. For transactions with installments via credit card, the amount of the monthly installment is the division of the value of the product of the number of doses you chose, without any additional interest.
