Avoid contact with perfumes, creams and water when possible to protect the plating on the jewelry. Gold plated jewelry should be gently cleaned with a soft polishing cloth.
At Gregio we want every purchase to bring you a smile.
However, if you wish to return or exchange a product, you can do so in the following ways.
Changes for online purchases (e-shop)
To proceed with a change of product purchased through our online store
1. Fill out the return/exchange form that you will find inside the package you received and put it in the package you will return
2. The time frame to return or exchange the product you have purchased is 14 days.
3. The product must be unused, unworn and in the condition you received it, as well as having the tag with its code.
4. Pack the product carefully to avoid damage during transport.
5. GREGIO is not responsible for any loss or damage during return shipping.
6. You can request either a new purchase/exchange or a refund if you are within the time frame and there is no credit option.
7. You can send your package with a recipient charge, exclusively via ACS or Genikis Tachydromiki.
When the new product is sent back to you, there will be a shipping charge of 5€
Refunds
If you wish to request a refund, you may return the product using any courier company of your choice, at your own expense.
Once we have received it and verified that it is in its original condition, we will issue a refund.
*Refunds are for online orders only and are completed within 14 days of receiving the product at our headquarters
Exchanges for purchases from Gregio physical stores
For purchases made in physical stores:
• Exchanges are accepted within 30 days with the exchange card or proof of purchase.
• The product must have the code tag.
• Worn jewelry cannot be exchanged.
• ⚠️ Refunds are not available for purchases from physical stores.
• Seasonal items are only exchanged for other seasonal items.
• Sale items are only exchanged for sale items.
• Custom-made items such as engravings and ring sizes from size 58 and up cannot be exchanged.
