At Gregio, we ensure that every order reaches you safely, in the way that best suits you. You can receive your order either by delivery to your address or by pickup from a Gregio store of your choice.
Shipping within Greece
Shipments are made via Courier company. (ACS, Geniki Taxydromiki)
• Free shipping for purchases over €40
• For orders under €40, the shipping fee is €3
• Cash on Delivery: additional charge €2.5
• Payment by card or bank deposit: no additional charge
• No charge for shipping and cash on delivery for purchases of €100 and above
Store Pickup
You can pick up your order free of charge from the Gregio store that suits you best.
You will be notified by message or phone call as soon as your jewelry is ready for pickup.
Preparation & Shipping Time
Every Gregio piece of jewelry is created with special care.
• If the jewelry is immediately available, it is shipped within 5 business days.
• If it needs to be custom-made for you, the process is completed within up to 8 business days.
In case of delay, we will contact you before the order is completed.

Customs Duties
For shipments outside the European Union, there may be customs duties or import charges, which are determined by the authorities of the destination country and are borne by the recipient.
