How can I order?
Select a category from GREGIO collections and browse our wide range of products. Once you find the jewelry you like, click on it to view the detailed description page. From there, click the “Add to Cart” button and the item will be selected for purchase. You can continue shopping and add more products to your Cart. When you finish shopping, go to your Shopping Cart and click “Checkout” to complete your order.
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
Yes, you need to create an account as it offers many benefits! This allows you to save personal information and shipping addresses, so you don’t have to re-enter them for every order, and to track your order progress.
How do I use my Shopping Cart?
Your Shopping Cart contains all your selected jewelry for purchase and is the final step before placing your order. It allows you to view, add, and remove items. To view the items in your Shopping Cart, click “View Cart”.
Where can I view my order status?
By creating a customer account on www.gregioeshop.gr, you can track your order status at any time. Visit your customer account page at www.gregioeshop.gr/user and select “Orders”.
Are my payment details secure?
The www.gregioeshop.gr e-shop does not store any copies of the financial information you use when placing your order. Card details are sent directly from your computer to the cooperating bank’s page without our intervention.
